  • Peruvian artists guest lecture at UCCS, Nov. 12, 2008

    Colorado Springs, CO – On Wednesday, November 12, 2008 at 6:30 pm, three visiting artists from Perú will conduct a free guest lecture at UCCS in the University Center Theater, Room 302. Reservations are not required.

    Presented by Visual and Performing Arts (VAPA), the lecture will feature Cristian Alarcón Ismodes, Diego lama, Fernando Gutierrez and curator Mauricio Delfin. They will speak about contemporary video, digital media and installation work, as well as current curatorial practices in Perú. All three artists will be exhibited in a show curated by Delfin at the Gallery of Contemporary Art (GOCA) from December 12, 2008 – February 14, 2009, curated by Maruicio Delfin.
