    Press: The Avant Guardian

Local art curmudgeon, Atomic Elroy, has been given a column in Springs Magazine where he waxes artsy on the scene in the Springs. As part of his “obligatory end of the year review” he listed some “important art happenings” including the arrival of yours truly:

CHRISTOPHER LYNN: Innovative new Gallery Director at UCCS Gallery of Contemporary Art finally got to show off his stuff with his first self-curated show “Manifest: Colonial Tendencies of the West.” This was a great introduction to post-modernism, which is something this city’s arts community has sorely lacked. I hope the GCA can produce many more shows of this quality. Plus Christopher’s too cool for school — as he designed and created their new web site: galleryuccs.org.

    Thanks, Atomic!
