The Color Line
GoCA Coloring Book artist and Colorado Springs’ own Senga Nengudi is part of an upcoming show at the Jack Shainman Gallery in New York entitled The Color Line. The exhibition is curated by Odili Donald Odita and includes such artists as Radcliffe Bailey, Nick Cave, Rashid Johnson, Kerry James Marshall, Orgacom, and Maria Magdalena Campos-Pons. It’s nice to see someone living and working in Colorado Springs who is able to maintain a lively art career in the contemporary world. The exhibition runs July 6 – August 3, 2007.
